ACHA Accepting Applications for Annual College Mental Health Award
The American College Health Foundation, the charitable arm of the American College Health Association, is seeking applications for its FirstRisk Advisors Initiatives in College Mental/Behavioral Health Award.
The annual award is designed to fund the development of creative initiatives that address the prevention of and early intervention and treatment for mental and behavioral health disorders among college students. The goal of these initiatives should be to reduce the risk of mental and behavioral illness and injury among college students and to enhance both individual and community health as a strategy to support student learning. To that end, a single grant of $3,500 will be awarded at the 2019 ACHA annual meeting in Denver in late May.
Only campus health professionals who are an American College Health Association Individual Member or employed at an ACHA Member Institution are eligible to apply.
See the American College Health Foundation website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
Deadline: February 1, 2019
