This half-day FREE training will help you understand how to conduct market research to identify a market for your programs. This training is intended to build the capacity of organizations to make sound development decisions and help staff and Board understand the specific tasks and skills required to conduct a market study. Emphasis will be placed on: Elements of market study, Defining your service area, Identifying supply and demand, How to analyze the data you collected. FREE to non-profit organizations that serve low-income families. Limited number of seats avaiable. Due to space, only two representatives per organization may attend. Key staff and Board members of orgnaizations that are thinking about facility expansion, either through new construction or renovations should attend.
