Join us in making a change in Philadelphia and Camden!
EducationWorks is a nonprofit organization that enriches the lives of children, youth, and families by providing educational programs and services in communities confronting high rates of poverty and other barriers to educational achievement. We provide safe, educationally rich environments for students, particularly during after school hours. We have several programs, each with its own focus. Members are assigned to a team in an urban school or region of the city to assist students in and outside of the classrooms, mentor students in life skills, operate after school programs, help infants and toddlers grow and learn, and support high school students in college preparation among other services.
Join our dynamic AmeriCorps Team NOW! We are currently accepting applications for service- minded, creative individuals with experience tutoring/teaching/leading and mentoring children and youth.
