AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) Request for Proposals

AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) is now accepting concept papers for teams to visit your community this fall. NCCC teams are perfect for when a project needs a team of young people to clear vacant lots, do trail work, rehab houses, prepare taxes, and more.
Meeting your Need through Community Based Service Learning Projects – Projects are team-based, typically last 6-8 weeks and are full time. Sample Projects include:
- Natural and Other Disasters, which includes disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation Greater consideration will be given to projects with a large disaster emphasis.
- Energy Conservation
- Environmental Stewardship and Conservation
- Infrastructure Improvement
- Urban and Rural Development
