The purpose of the AmeriCorps Community Fellows program is to address compelling community needs in the areas of college access and success, while developing college students as active citizens. In addition to the AmeriCorps Education Award, Community Fellows will receive ongoing support and training from Pennsylvania Campus Compact, to ensure the quality of the service that they are providing the community, while developing them as life-long citizens.
If your campus would like to become a part of the Community Fellows Program, please visit our website on January 24, 2011 and download, complete, and submit a campus application by Monday, March 7, 2011.
