Myron Orfield, Minnesota State Senator and a nationally-recognized expert on metropolitan planning and policymaking will speak. He contends that a region needs to pull together to create a government powerful enough to tackle sprawl and decay. Session runs from 8:30-10:00 am. RSVP by June 6.
