American Almanac of Family Homelessness
Posted by on June 03, 2013
The Institute for Children, Poverty, and Homelessness (ICPH) recently published The American Almanac of Family Homelessness. ICPH writes “This Almanac is the result of three years of intensive review and evaluation, resulting in a comprehensive resource that presents data, policy analysis, and model programs and policies at the national, state, and local levels.” Most of all, it includes a section on Pennsylvania’s experience and cites the cost analysis of child homelessness that PEC co-authored with its Visiting Scholar, Dr. Staci Perlman.
