After-School Success toolkits

The National Collaboration for Youth’s Partnerships for After-School Success toolkits provide research supporting the need for school-CBO partnerships; successful strategies for creating and sustaining partnerships; and checklists and tools. Of particular interest for community schools are toolkits oriented around Local and State Education Agencies and community-based organizations.
