CALLING AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: 1798 W. Hunting Park Avenue
Mastery Charter Prep Middle School is seeking individuals and/or organizations to lead after school programs and activities for 7th-8th grade students.
Desired programs include but are not limited to:
• Martial Arts
• LGBTQ Safe Space
• Girls/Boys Scouts
• Art Therapy
After-school groups meet twice a week and groups range from 10-20 students. Group facilitators will be paid at a rate of $25/hr.
Started in 2013, Mastery Charter Prep Middle is a joyful and authentic school that prioritizes student achievement. Our deep belief and high support provide our students with the tools they each need to succeed, to serve and thrive within our community.
All volunteers must have PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse, and FBI Fingerprints from within the past 2 years.
This program requires a 2x weekly commitment following the academic year for Session 1 (September to December) with an option to continue through Session 2 (January to June).
