SUMMARY: Based in the Oxford Circle neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA, the Oxford Circle Christian
Community Development Association (OCCCDA) is seeking an After School Program & Summer Camp Coordinator. The mission of OCCCDA is “to extend healing and hope in the Oxford Circle community, believing that God’s purpose of reconciling all people to Jesus leads us to minister on spiritual, physical, social & economic levels.”
The Program Coordinator (also known as 21st CCLC Out of School Time Coordinator) is responsible
for planning and implementing the activities of the STEAM-based After School Program & daytime
Summer Camp, in compliance with our 21st Century grant requirements. The school-year program is
Mondays–Fridays, 3:00–6:00pm. Summer Camp is Mondays–Thursdays, 9:00am-3:00pm for six (6)
weeks. This is a grant-funded program.
The position is a part-time 30-hour a week position with a pay rate of $18.50/hr, with benefits
including 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks sick time, holidays, and 3 personal days per year.
