Councilmember Jamie Gauthier Releases Affordable Housing Study and Planning Tool
Councilmember Gauthier released “The Geography of Affordable Housing in Philadelphia’s 3rd District” on December 16th. The findings are included in a detailed Housing Market Report as well as a Strategic Planning Tool which can be used by stakeholders to assist in decision making. The data covers the 3rd District, which includes the Promise Zone as well as parts of Southwest Philadelphia.
