Affordable Communities Award Program
The First is an award announcement to recognize a local government or a unit of government that innovatively encouraged/facilitated the production of affordable housing.
The application deadline is March 15, 2005. Details are in the following America’s Affordable Communities Initiative website. Philadelphia and environs alone could produce many nominees.
