This is the last week to save on early-bird registration rates for the 2022 NCAN Conference “Advancing the Right to Postsecondary Attainment.” Join us in-person in Atlanta, Georgia this September 12-14. We are excited to showcase over 60 workshops and roundtable discussions relevant to the college access and success field. Register by July 15, 2022, and before rates increase. Will you join us?

The conference will offer workshops, plenary sessions, and plenty of opportunities for shared learning, socializing, and networking. Here are a few workshops to look forward to:

  • Walk the Talk: Leading Your Organization with a Bold Racial Equity Lens, presented by Get Schooled’s Executive Director John Branam and Deputy Director Kyla Lackie.
  • NYU x CBO: Intentional Partnerships to Enhance College Access and Success, presented by staff from New York University and The Opportunity Network.
  • Empowering Students to Navigate Basic Needs Insecurity through Knowledge and Normalization, presented by counseling team members from Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas.
  • #HandsOffMyScholarship! Reasons to Center Student Voice and Get Involved in Advocacy Work, presented by policy and advocacy practitioners from Public Advocates, Northern California College Promise Coalition, Bold Thought Partners, LLC, and the Southern California College Attainment Network (SoCalCAN).
  • A Counselor, Senator and Policy Analyst Walk Into a Bar: Building Coalitions to Make Real Change, presented by Senator Sally Harrell of Georgia’s 40th District, Ashley Young, College Counselor at Drew Charter School, and Erin Robinson, Director of Outreach and Strategic Campaigns from the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute.

Register today to secure the early bird registration rate: $675 for NCAN members and $775 for non-members. Rates will increase after July 15 and again on Aug. 23.
