Tutor Institute 2016 – “Making Impact that Matters”
Registration for the 2016 Tutor Institute is now open. The institute is open to instructors, program coordinators, tutor and mentor volunteers. Under the theme, “Making Impact that Matters”, the goal of the 2016 Tutor Institute is to provide tutors and mentors with tools and strategies to help them be more effective in their work. Through workshops run by experts on the field, we will explore innovative techniques and creative teaching approaches to meet the needs of a variety of adult learners.
Join us on October 15th at District 1199C Training and Upgrading Fund to gain confidence, engage in meaningful conversations, make connections, and ignite creativity.
