Do you know someone who needs to learn English as a second language (ESL), learn to read and write, or prepare for the PA driver’s license test? Lutheran Children and Family Service has opportunities at locations throughout Philadelphia.
All classes are free. Minimum Age is 18. No geographic or income guidelines. Please call Todd Miller at 215-747-7500, ext. 213 to register. If he is not there, leave a voice mail. He returns messages.
Locations and times of Adult ESL classes include: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 5th St. and Nedro St.
