Adult College Fair at Community College of Philadelphia’s Northwest Center

Join Graduate! Philadelphia for our March 14th College Fair at Community College of Philadelphia’s Northwest Regional Center at 1300 West Godfrey Avenue in Philadelphia.

Advisors from our nine partner schools will be available throughout the event to help you navigate your path back to college. Participants will receive application fee waivers!

Graduate! Philadelphia College Success Advisors and Ambasaddors will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have about your return to college.

Added Bonus! Two Special Presentations will be conducted as part of the College Fair.

5:00 p.m. Learn About Career Pathways In Human Services

Dr. Patricia Wright, Coordinator, Lancaster Bible College

Dr. Patricia Wright is the program coordinator for the human services degree at LBC | Capital – Philadelphia. She holds a doctorate in religious education and a master’s degree in human service. A human service worker with over 26 years of experience, she has worked tirelessly throughout her career to improve the lives of homeless families and adolescent girls. Dr. Wright has also served in academia for over 18 years and received many accolades and awards throughout that time. She still considers her most notable accomplishment to be the success of her students. Her goal is to equip each human service helper to understand the core values of inclusivity and social justice through a global perspective, empowering each student to serve diverse communities in need of assistance.

6:00 p.m. Financial Aid and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Q/A Workshop
