Delta- T Group is currently looking for Adult Case Managers in the city of Philadelphia. We require a bachelor’s degree with some prior experience in the field. The opportunity is full time 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. The position requires field visits to the consumers home and day centers.
