Job description
Presbyterian Children’s Village is currently seeking a full-time Adoption Case Manager for our Adoption Program at the Preheim Center. The Adoption Case Manager is responsible to provide permanency work to clients who have been referred for SWAN services. The services include but are not limited to: child profiles, family profiles, placement services, child preparation, child specific recruitment, and finalization documentation.
The qualified candidate for this position must have two years of child and adolescent experience required; foster care and/or adoption and/or clinical experience preferred, Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, MSW preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass all motor vehicle, criminal, child abuse and FBI clearances. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays depending on program needs.
