Are you passionate about keeping children out of adult jails and prisons? Youth Sentencing & Reentry Project (YSRP) seeks a full-time Administrative Associate to support our efforts to end youth incarceration in PA.
Position Description: The Administrative Associate supports a diverse, multi-faceted team in achieving success in necessary, justice-seeking work. The Administrative Associate works collaboratively with the Executive Director, YSRP staff and client-partners to support activities across the entire organization. The Administrative Associate position reports to YSRP’s Director of Finance and Operations. The Administrative Associate’s role is critical in ensuring a highly functioning team can effectively work on YSRP’s mission, which seeks to lessen the duration and impact of adult criminal sentences on children and families in and around Philadelphia.
