Administrative Assistant, Cultural Data Project, Pew Charitable Trusts
Posted on: August 20, 2012
The Cultural Data Project (CDP) is a nonprofit corporation that offers an online management tool that strengthens arts and cultural organizations through the collection, distribution, and other use of reliable, longitudinal data. The CDP’s system tracks financial, operational and programmatic data in order to streamline funding applications and provide comparative data, benchmarks and sophisticated reports. Launched initially in Pennsylvania in 2004 and managed by The Pew Charitable Trusts since 2005, CDP is now operating in 12 states and Washington, D.C. CDP is taking this program to national scale and will become an independent §501(c)(3) on January 1, 2013. More information can be found at http://www.culturaldata.org
Please note that the CDP is in the process of transitioning to an independent nonprofit in Philadelphia by January 2013. This transition is part of the strategic expansion plan for the Project and will not interrupt day-to-day operations. It is expected that this position will be transferred to the new independent nonprofit, contingent upon continued funding.
Position Description
The administrative assistant works closely with the CDP associates and reports to the coordinator, Operations and Administration, CDP.
