Description: The Mural Arts Program is a community based art education program and seeks an enthusiastic administration/site manager for a 40-hour-a-week position with the Mural ArtWorks! program. ArtWorks! is an art program for high-risk youth, ages 10 ? 17, where they can serve their directed community service hours. The position will consist of assisting the Program Coordinator to manage the program. Responsibilities include gathering monthly attendance and reporting current attendance, completing monthly update reports, including management and updating of program database and other mandatory paperwork. Responsibilities also include working with high risk youth and as a manager for several sites located throughout Philadelphia. Additional responsibilities include providing support in the creation of two annual exhibits which includes collecting, cataloging and hanging artwork. There will be weekly meetings with the program coordinator. The candidate must have strong administrative and management skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent time management and organization skills. Candidate must have experience with teaching youth, and computer skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Excel and Photoshop. The standard hours are Monday ? Friday, 9 a.m. ? 5:30 p.m. Owning a car is a must.

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience.
