Add your Program to the Summer Camp and Other Activities Directory

[From Bernice Kaplan, bernice.kaplan@phila.gov]
I am presently in the process of updating the SUMMER CAMPS & OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS Directory that I compile each year for the Department of Human Services. Last year the directory had about 100 pages of overnight camps, day camps (broken down into sections of the city and some suburban camps), speciality camps (arts, sports, history, science, environmental, etc…), special needs overnight & day camps, as well as some enrichment, fun activities for kids that may not be considered camps.
If your organization/religious group/agency, etc.. (or if you know of an organization, etc.) is holding a summer camp or a program (even if it is not considered a camp), I would love to know about it.
What I need is the name of the camp/program, the address, phone number, contact person (if any), dates, hours, description, and fees. You can write as much as
you feel necessary.
I am hoping to complete this directory by mid-March (or earlier) so that it can be sent to the printers. Since the camp directory appears on the internet (<a href="http://www.phila.gov">http://www.phila.gov</a>) I can continue to take updates until late June.
Please share this information with as many agencies as possible.
Thanks so much.
