Access Engineering: Spring 2022 Application for H.S. Students – Feb 1
Posted by University of Pennsylvania on January 25, 2022
Access Engineering is a group of engineering students from the University of Pennsylvania whose goal is to provide an engineering education to students in the Philadelphia area. We provide (now virtual) lessons about different engineering disciplines, including computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, etc. Our goal is not only to teach students practical skills that will benefit them in the long-run, but to also give students exposure to an engineering education, demonstrate engineering as a viable career path, and provide mentorship for post-high school life.
Our lessons are held on Zoom on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks starting from February 5th.
Our application is currently due on February 1, 2022.
In addition to our application, we are perfectly willing to hold a zoom call with interested students to discuss our program in greater depth.
