The Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania is planning its Second Annual Academically-Based Community Service (ABCS) Summit for Friday, March 25 from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm in Houston Hall. This year, the Summit will offer faculty, students, and staff the opportunity to participate in:
* Panel discussions about training, preparation, and evaluation of ABCS courses, how ABCS can be better integrated into existing resources on and off campus, the impact that ABCS has in the development of undergraduates, and more
* An informal luncheon
* An ABCS poster session, where students showcase the impressive work they have accomplished through ABCS courses
If you have any questions or would like to become further involved in the Summit?s planning, please feel free to contact Katie Ziemba, ABCS Coordinator, at ziemba@sas.upenn.edu. Hope to see you there!
