Academic Advisor/Tutor for the Bilingual Undergraduate Studies for Collegiate Advancement (BUSCA) Program
BUSCA is seeking to fill the position of Academic Advisor/Tutor. The academic advisor/tutor is a member of the program’s support staff and is primarily responsible for providing readily accessible support services that will foster students’ retention and academic success.
The appropriate candidate will be functionally bilingual (English/Spanish), possess a graduate degree in a related field, and have good cross-cultural communication skills and an ability to handle sensitive material in a confidential manner.
