ABC’s Designing Leadership Program – Apr 11
Posted by Arts + Business Council for Greater Philadelphia on February 13, 2024
Em power ment is this year’s Designing Leadership theme, which is at the forefront of how to optimize employee performance and strengthen workplace culture. Participants will gain a clear understanding of their own power as leaders and how to leverage it thoughtfully, how to advocate for themselves and their team, and how to navigate situations outside of their control without losing their sense of agency.
This unique program approaches leadership development in unconventional and nuanced ways through a cohort model over 3 weeks in April, beginning April 11. The highly curated content, combined with an intentionally nonlinear approach, allows advanced concepts, deep conversations, and innovative solutions to emerge quickly. Dozens of participants each season provides an unparalleled opportunity to connect and network with a wide range of professionals across disciplines and backgrounds. The program caters to mid-career professionals, but all career levels are welcome.
100% of last year’s cohort agreed the program deepened their understanding of leadership and belonging (last year’s theme).
Last year sold out and just a few seats remain so don’t miss your opportunity this season! Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Program fees are sliding scale and a 15% discount is applied to the non-member rate if at least 2 people from the same employer participate.
