On July 13, we’ll host our 9th Annual Summer Camp for Chester County Nonprofits – this year, we will offer ideas to explore and strengthen organizational resilience: the ability to anticipate, prepare for, and respond and adapt to incremental change and sudden disruptions to survive and prosper; the ability to keep going in the face of adversity; endurance; fortitude; toughness.
