Posted by PHENND on October 5, 2021
On September 22nd, PHENND’s College Success Network featured the Coalition for Anti-Racist Literacy at Bryn Mawr College also known as CARLA.
Starting with 16 members in 2018, CARLA—the Coalition for Anti-Racist Literacy at Bryn Mawr College—now counts more than 80 students, staff and faculty as members of this grassroots organization. CARLA describes its mission as “to create and sustain a shared, accountable, conceptual framework and toolkit for anti-racist literacy in classrooms and the community of the College”.
Review the slide deck and listen to the recording to learn more about this groundbreaking initiative.
