As Pennsylvania works to expand its Early Learning programs, existing partnerships have been expanded and new partnerships have been developed across what were once separate systems. The Early Childhood Education Summit provides staff from various programs (Pre-K Counts, Child Care, Head Start, School Districts and Early Intervention) with the opportunity to network and experience relevant training as a community.
