Carson Valley Children’s Aid is a $30 M child welfare/health and human services agency with multiple sites in Philadelphia and Montgomery County.
For the Dorector of Advancement we are seeking someone who is experienced in grant writing and raising funds from foundations, corporations, and individual benefactors, but also brings a modern approach to advancement.
We want to broaden our appeal and build a more diverse donor base including younger supporters. The strategic use of social media will be key to this approach.
The advancement office responsibilities also include internal and external communications, volunteer activities, holiday drives, and special events.
The Director of Advancement is a senior management position which reports to the CEO and works closely with the board of directors, advancement committee and advisory council.
