Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance’s 5-County Arts Fund Invites Funding Applications
Deadline: June 30, 2006

The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance (<a href="http://www.philaculture.org/">http://www.philaculture.org/</a>) is accepting applications for the 2006 5-County Arts Fund.

Now in its sixth year, the fund will offer grants of up to $3,000 to nonprofit organizations and individual artists that sponsor arts-related projects or programs in the five-county region of southeastern Pennsylvania (i.e., Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties). Projects must take place between September 1, 2006, and August 31, 2007.

Five-County Arts Fund grants are awarded on a competitive basis. Successful applications are selected by a panel of artists, arts administrators, and community leaders from each of the five counties.

The alliance is hosting five application workshops that will cover how to apply and provide an overview of the general application process, with time for one-on-one assistance.
