HealthSpark Foundation sets 4th Community of Practice meeting
Please join HealthSpark Foundation on Friday, June 28, 2019 for our 4th Community of Practice Meeting, part of its 10-year Safety Net Resiliency Initiative.
Participants can expect another highly interactive idea-sharing event. Come and connect with others, learn about Innovation Lab projects and other initiative activities and voice your opinion on how to strengthen Montgomery County’s safety net!

- Connect with others working to strengthen the safety net system
- Get an update about emerging ideas and efforts focused on making the safety net system more resilient
- Learn from colleagues who are bringing racial equity and systems change lenses to the work of strengthening the safety net system
- Give the foundation your ideas to shape investments in this initiative.

Attendees will include residents, community and faith leaders, municipal and county officials, representatives from police departments and school districts, nonprofit leaders and others interested in building the long-term resiliency of the county’s health and human service safety net system. Participants will learn about the continued evolution of the initiative and the various ongoing Safety Net Resiliency Initiative activities and engage in conversation to shape the ideas.
To ensure as many organizations as possible may attend, organizations may only send a maximum of two representatives. Consumers are always welcome to attend as well.
Community of Practice events are open to anyone interested in participating in a countywide dialogue about the future of the county’s safety net system.
