44th Annual College Conference
For All 11th Grade Students
Date: Thursday, April 7, 2016
Time: 9:15 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Location: ASPIRA Educational Campus, 6301 N. 2nd St. 19120
From the Educational Talent Search Program at ASPIRA of PA comes this year’s college conference for 11th grade students. Previous years have seen representatives from as many as 50-75 colleges and universities in attendance to help prepare students for college applications and their senior year. Students from all schools are welcome. They need bring nothing with them, and free lunch will be provided. The day’s itinerary is as follows:
-Keynote speaker address
-Students will be split into groups
-Financial aid presentation
-Time with college representatives
-Closing address
Transportation is available via buses which depart from the following schools at 8:15am : Olney Charter High School, Kensington Urban, Kensington Health Sciences, Franklin Learning Center, Penn Treaty and Esperanza. For free lunch, registration is required. But walk-ins are also accepted.
