According the research by the Search Institute, American teens only develop 19 out of 40 evidence based assets, some of which include: support, empowerment and high expectations. Come learn how you can apply the 40 Developmental Asset Framework framework at your organization to help children & teens develop their assets! This framework is appropriate for and can be utlized with children ages 3-18. This training meets core competency for youth workers: “Ability to foster academic and non-academic skills and broaden participant horizons.” This event is offered by the Center for Youth Development Professionals.
