2026 IMPACT Conference Workshop & Poster Call for Proposals – Nov 1

Posted by IMPACT Conference on October 21, 2025

***Deadline for submitting workshop & poster proposals has been extended to November 1, 2025***

The IMPACT Conference invites proposals for informative, engaging, and timely workshops and posters to be presented at the 2026 IMPACT Conference at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH, February 19-21, 2026.

The IMPACT Conference is historically the largest annual conference focused on the civic engagement of college students in community service, service-learning, community-based research, advocacy and other forms of social action.

Each year IMPACT selects a diverse group of workshops through which presenters share knowledge, experiences, and resources to assist college students, nonprofit professionals, campus administrators and faculty, and teams of service members in their work for social change. Undergraduate students are especially encouraged to submit a proposal.

For the 2026 IMPACT Conference we are soliciting proposals of various types: interactive presentations, roundtable discussions, practical application highlights, service projects [new for 2026] and poster presentations [new for 2026] with session lengths of 75 minutes or 30 minutes. For more detailed information or to submit a proposal, see the IMPACT 2026 Call for Workshop and Poster Proposals.

If you have questions about the workshop or poster proposal process or would like to schedule a consultation with a Workshops team member for assistance in formulating a workshop or poster proposal, contact the IMPACT Workshops team at workshops@impactconference.org. Note: The Workshops email is for asking questions and scheduling consultations only. Proposals will not be accepted by email.

The deadline for submitting a proposal for IMPACT 2026 is October 24, 2025 (11:59PM EDT), although we anticipate being able to extend this deadline to November 1.
