What is AmeriCorps Seniors?
AmeriCorps Seniors is a network of three national service programs that engage vibrant adults age 55 and over in volunteer service in their communities: the Foster Grandparent Program; the Senior Companion Program; and RSVP. Partnering with local organizations like yours, these AmeriCorps Seniors programs provide critical community services that help transform communities and the lives of individuals who reside in them.
What is RSVP?
AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP is a proven and successful program addressing the critical issues in our society. The flexibility of the program allows organizations to craft a program around the specific needs of the community, such as tutoring children to assisting victims of natural disaster. RSVP allows you to make your mark in the community.
