2023 Penn Community Scholars Virtual Symposium: The Intersection of Community, Academia, and Grantmaking – Mar 30
Posted by Penn Community Scholars Program on March 7, 2023
Now in its seventh year, the Penn Community Scholars Program was developed to foster and promote community-academic partnerships and community-based participatory research. This 12-session training is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of community members to serve as equal partners in research.
The culminating symposium of the program is an exciting event where leaders from local community organizations pitch their ideas to funders and academics for the top prizes. A special funder Q&A panel gives the audience a chance to learn about the funding process and how to maximize grant seeking efforts.
Date and Time: Thursday, March 30, 2023, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
