2023 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Education Online Conference – Apr 25 & 26

Gwynedd Mercy University’s 2023 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Education conference will be held online on the evenings of April 25 and 26, 5:45-9:00 PM. The conference theme is creating learning environments to engage diverse voices. These environments need to be created in the classroom, as well as in the larger educational institution, to support inclusion. Diversity can encompass a multitude of student characteristics, such as race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, neurodiversity, socioeconomic status, and citizenship status, among others. 

The target audience for this conference is educators and administrators in PK-12 and higher education, as well as staff members who support faculty and students in these settings.
