Consider joining the Serve Philadelphia VISTA Program as a VISTA Leader!
Serve Philadelphia VISTA Leaders will work closely with Serve VISTA program staff to expand the impact and reach of the Serve Philadelphia VISTA program. The Serve Philadelphia VISTA program places AmeriCorps VISTA members across City departments to fight injustices and causes of poverty through capacity building programs and initiatives.
VISTA Leaders will support VISTA members, from member onboarding to retention, as well as enhance member recruitment, and VISTA supervisor training. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in municipal government while developing leadership skills.
