    2013 National Community Schools Awards for Excellence
    Application Due: December 15th
    NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!!!

    Are you a community school or initiative that goes above and beyond to create positive results for children, families, and your community? Apply for these awards to showcase the great work you are doing.

    The Individual Community Schools Awards will go to schools that have been operating as community schools for at least three years and have demonstrated success. Three individual schools will be recognized. Each winning school will receive $2,500.

    The Community School Initiative Awards will go to initiatives with joint efforts between schools and community stakeholders that have organized multiple community school sites with a strong commitment to scaling up across the community or school systems. Up to two initiatives will be recognized. Each winning initiative will receive $5,000.

    All applications must be submitted electronically. Please note, once you start filling out the application online, you will not be able to return to the application. Therefore, we urge you to use the links below to review and respond to the questions before filling them out online.
