2008 Housing Data Now Online
MetroPhilaMapper now has 2008 housing data from the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). Which municipalities have the highest average purchase mortgage? Which municipalities have a high percentage of sub-prime loans? It turns out that Chester County is the home of communities with both the highest percentage of sub-prime loansand the biggest average mortgages.

Log onto MetroPhilaMapper and find out more! Data are available for all Census tracts and municipalities in the nine county area.
