2005-2006 Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), City Crisis Grant
Season Opens
According to Licenses and Inspections Commissioner Robert D. Solvibile Sr., City Crisis is a State-funded program administered by the Department of Licenses and Inspections to help low-income households who are in a ‘CRISIS’ situation with their primary or secondary heating source. The program dates of operation are November 7, 2005 through March 23, 2006, which may be extended based upon funding. Commissioner Solvibile urges anyone interested in applying for the program to call (215) 686-2590.

The maximum Crisis grant is $300. An applicant can apply for Crisis more than once if needed, but only if the maximum yearly grant amount has not been reached.
