The University of Pennsylvania – Department of Physics and Astronomy presents the 18th (!!) annual Physics for the Season of Lights:
The Physics of Motion
Mon January 8, 2018 & Tue January 9, 2018
Two Presentations Each Day
9:30-11:30 AM and 12 noon-2 PM
David Rittenhouse Laboratory, lecture hall A1 | 33rd and Walnut Streets
A two hour presentation of Penn’s best mechanics demonstrations, aimed at high school and middle school students. We will have a 10 minute break after an hour, with refreshments generously provided by Wawa. There is no expectation of prior knowledge!
There is no cost for attendance, but we ask you to register by email and let us know how many seats you will need. Please be sure to include enough chaperones for good order. Seats are given on a first-come basis.
