You?ll be among 12,000 people volunteering at over 100 schools. Volunteers will contribute more than 70,000 hours of service on this day alone as we create libraries, network computer labs, paint classrooms, design murals, plant greenery and much more.
Education is the foundation of a great city, and Philadelphia Cares Day is a simple way for you to play your part. Just gather your co-workers and family to form a team, and dedicate October 20th to making our public schools creative and inviting places to learn.
