14th Annual Champions for Children celebration

DVAEYC honors Martinez, Bright Horizons
Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children will host the 14th Annual Champions for Children celebration on Wednesday December 3rd. Alba Martinez, Former President and CEO, United Way of Southeastern PA and currently Principal, The Vanguard Group, will be honored as the 2008 Champion for Children.
Bright Horizon’s Family Solutions, which provides innovative programs helping children, families and employers work together to be their very best, will also be honored as the Best Employer for Working Parents.
The event will include a silent auction, a wide variety of food selections and a wine and beer boutique. It will be held from 5:30-8pm at Harrah’s Chester Casino and Racetrack, 777 Harrah’s Blvd, Chester.
