09/11 Event with Citizen Academy

September 11, 2002: Transforming Grief and Compassion into Healing and Action, which Philadelphia Cares is presenting in partnership with The Philadelphia Foundation. We will be offering 4 workshops throughout the day, to help people pay tribute to those lost on 9/11/01, to help them examine their new priorities and civic rejuvination, and help individuals define and implement their volunteer and philanthropic goals. The following is a list of possible venues for the event:
1) 8am-9:30pm @ Chamber of Commerce
2) 1-2pm @LOVE Park;
3) 3:30-5pm @ The Philadelphia Center
4) 6-7:30pm @ Loews
