<p>The Teshinsky Family Foundation (TFF) is dedicated to promoting personal liberty, economic freedom, and career opportunities through support, training, and accountability.</p>
<p>The foundation invites applications for its Career Pathways Training Grant program, which aims to support direct service training programs for post-secondary career pathways. Required program elements include direct training aligned with career opportunities at no cost to participants; employment pipelines in high-wage, sustainable careers with growth potential; and support services to overcome hurdles known to impede job applicants. Career training areas include:</p>
<p>Manufacturing: Including but not limited to CNC, CAD/CAM, composites, fabrication, mechatronics, robotics, and tooling.</p>
<p>Building trades: Including but not limited to carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, framing, hardscape, HVAC, and painting.</p>
<p>Welding: Including but not limited to Stick, Flux, MIG, TIG welding certification and job-ready skills and abilities.</p>
<p>Other fields: Additional direct skills training programs in high demand industries leading to high-wage careers may be considered.</p>
<p>One-time grants of between $25,000 and $100,000 will be awarded to registered 501(c)(3) organizations to support training or equipment. Priority will be given to applicants with the capability to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and/or growth.</p>
<p>Eligible applicants include those with tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Programs must operate in the continental United States, serve participants ages 18 and over, not limit participation to specific groups, provide direct skills training to participants, and have engaged in training for at least one year with job placement data.</p>
<p>An inquiry form is due June 23, 2025. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full application.</p>

<p>Launched in 2006, the Teshinsky Family Foundation (TFF) is dedicated to promoting personal liberty, economic freedom, and career opportunities through support, training, and accountability.</p>
<p>The foundation invites applications for its manufacturing workforce training grant program. Grants will be awarded in support of workforce training for manufacturing careers with the following required program elements:</p>
<p>Training: Training to acquire skills needed for jobs in manufacturing and training to build skills needed to succeed in a professional manufacturing work environment leading directly to being hired in a manufacturing workplace and the ability to sustain employment long-term.</p>
<p>Employer Relations/Jobs Pipeline: Relationships with area manufacturing employers leading to successful career placements in entry-level manufacturing with growth potential for program graduates, and relevant and responsive training connected to specific manufacturers and their hiring needs. Direct involvement of employers in the training curriculum preferred. Program should show a track record of a high percentage of career placement in sustainable manufacturing careers with benefits for program graduates.</p>
<p>Case Management Services: Services system to provide support and resources to program participants and intensive career counseling and career retention support.</p>
<p>Grants between $25,000 and $100,000 will be awarded as program grants as well as equipment and project grants.</p>
<p>To be eligible, applicants must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, be operating in the continental United States, and serve participants ages 18 and over.</p>
<p>Inquiry forms are due July 26, 2024, and upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full grant application, due September 30, 2024.</p>
