Coordinate project services and project activities based on the Read to Succeed Program goals and objectives; attend (virtual/in-person) community Meetings; develop relationships with community stakeholders

Supports all project initiatives; collects and analyze all data; provides technical support for on-line learning

Read to Succeed: Literacy Specialist (Part-Time)

Literacy Specialist, ten month part-time (grant-funded position):

Create curriculum based materials that go with book distribution to promote family engagement and active reading over the summer
Host monthly family/community workshops to instruct the families on how to use the created materials along with best practices for engaging their children during home reading time
Responsible for reporting and analyzing all gathered data in order to make program recommendations and improvements
