Philadelphia Council for Community Advancement (PCCA), a regional non-profit housing and community economic development agency has an immediate opening for an experienced, talented, mission-driven individual for a multi-faceted position to successfully build relationships and raise funds to support the mission and programs of the agency. PCCA seeks a candidate with great interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of corporate, foundation and private donors – a motivated self-starter and magnetic personality. Minimum of 5 years of front-line fundraising/development experience desired, with a proven track record of grant writing and success in soliciting and receiving significant contributions.
