The purpose of Teacher in the Workplace programs is to provide educators at all levels with workplace experiences and opportunities that they can use in the classroom to enhance instructions, student learning, and career readiness. Eligible applicants include LEAs, institutions of higher ed, businesses, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, community orgs, etc. Applicants may request up to $2,000 per participating educator, not to exceed a total request of $50,000 per project.
